Heritage Global Group was founded in 2002 by Keva Scott, ED.S. driven by a mission to create more opportunities for all minorities in business and economic development. Keva’s vision stemmed from her entrepreneurial roots in Alabama and her commitment to fostering economic empowerment.
Keva is a distinguished leader in youth and young adult development with over 28 years in the non-profit industry. She has transformed organizations through strategic innovation, leadership, and community development. Keva has raised millions of dollars to fund needed programs and services that impact youth, young professionals, churches, and businesses across the country.
Her leadership is marked by her ability to navigate through challenges, such as her role in stabilizing organizations and leading them through change. Currently, as a doctoral candidate in Human Capital Development at the University of Southern Mississippi, Keva continues to push the boundaries of her field.
Keva co-founded the Legacy Business League, a minority networking group, but chose to step away to focus on developing young professionals through TRIBE and deepening the impact of Heritage Global Group. Her work is driven by a philosophy of empathy, resilience, and strategic innovation, aimed at inspiring and preparing the next generation for success.
